Do you want to make your very own signature wedding cocktail? All these drink recipes are super easy and can be scaled up and made into big batches of punch – perfect for a homespun summer wedding.

Pimm’s Cup
Contains: Pimm’s No. 1, ginger ale or lemonade and fresh fruit
Pour one part Pimm’s and three parts of your chosen pop over ice. Chop some fresh fruit (we love lemons, strawberries and cucumber) add to your glass and serve.

Dark 'N' Stormy
Contains: Rum, ginger beer

This one couldn’t be easier. Combine one part rum with three parts ginger beer and serve. Add fresh ginger if you’re feeling fancy.

The Bellini
Contains: Prosecco (or some nice fizzy stuff), peach purée

Pour around a tablespoon of peach purée into your champagne glass and top with fizzy stuff.

The Mojito
Contains: Rum, soda water, fresh lime juice (or lime cordial for cheaters), brown sugar and lime wedges

Muddle your fresh lime, mint and sugar together. Pour in one part rum and three parts soda water. Shake it all together and pour over ice.

Seabreeze
Contains: Vodka, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice

Combine one part vodka with one part grapefruit juice and three parts cranberry juice. Shake over ice, pour and serve.

Raspberry and mint crush
Contains: Vodka, tonic water, fresh mint and raspberries

Finely chop your mint and gently mash together with a few raspberries. Combine one part vodka with three part tonic water, mix together and serve with crushed ice.
