Me and my fiancé plan on two weeks in Japan as neither of us are lazing by the beach types. Any good hotel recommendations?

I just got back from Japan and it was AMAZING! It's so different and exotic. I would recommend Tokyo highly, and there's so much history in Kyoto. I'm sorry though, no recs for honeymoon all-inclusives. But it's breathtaking and you'll love it!
